At Progadgets.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

10 Days Free Returns
You can return your order within 10 days — even if you simply don’t like it.
However, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Conditions:

• Product must not be broken, used, or damaged.
• Electrical damage (caused by voltage fluctuation) is not covered.
• Returns will only be accepted if the item is not working, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
• Change of mind returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in original packaging.

Refunds:

• If your order is not delivered within the expected time, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
• Shipping costs may be deducted in some cases (unless the return is due to our fault).
